Reminder Maintenance

Select Tools - Reminder Set Up from the main screen to get to this screen.

The purpose of this screen is to show all of the reminders which have been set up and provide overall reminder maintenance functions.

How to Use
All of the reminders which have been set up are displayed in the grid. Inactive reminders are grayed out. The grid may be sorted by any of the columns (except Notes) simply by clicking on the corresponding column heading.

You may limit the remiders to display to show only those that are active or inactive by the "Limit Reminders Diplayed To ..." selection box.

To create a new reminder, click the button. You will be taken to the Add/Edit Reminder Screen.

To edit an existing reminder, either double click on it in the grid or single click on it in the grid and click the button. You will be taken to the Add/Edit Reminder Screen.

To delete a reminder, click on it in the grid and then click the button. You will be asked to confirm your delete.
